Return / Refund Policy

Engraved or personalised products are Non-refundable and can not be exchanged.  We hope you will love your gift but if for any reason any item received is not in a satisfactory condition it will be replaced immediately.  Please contact us within 3 days to arrange a replacement. 

Delivery Information

All orders recieved are normally despatched within 10 working days, unless there is a problem with your order then we will inform you if, for any reason this will take longer and give an aproximate delivery date.  All items are personalised to order.
